The act establishing it appears to allow us, its shareholders, to take power into our own hands; we thus feel it necessary to attempt to organize this election.</p>
<p dir="auto">The Central Bank of the Republic of Istkalen, a shareholder in the ECB, thus calls a meeting of its shareholders, for the purpose of initiating the following motion, which shall be passed by majority vote of the shareholders of the ECB.</p>

<p dir="auto">Upon the passage of this motion, the shareholders of the ECB are to organize an election for the position of President of the ECB.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">There shall be made a period of nomination, lasting five days, during which the shareholders of the ECB may nominate candidates for the given position.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Following the conclusion of the period of nomination, a ten day long period of election will be held, with shareholders possessing one vote each and voting taking place according to the Alternative Vote system.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">The elected candidate shall take office immediately after the conclusion of the period of election.</p>
