In order to fulfill the missions and visions of the European Constitutional Convention, a committee shall be established to create the Omnibus Amendment from the suggestions given at the convention. This committee shall be composed of Councilors and/or national representatives who will work with the Internal Affairs Commissioner and be the credited authors of the said amendment. The amount of members of the committee shall be determined from the amount of applicants.

Applications are now closed, the Internal Affairs Commissioner will now deliberate with his advisors on the selection of members for the new committee. It is highly recommended that those who have not been accepted into the committee share their inputs through the convention or by directly approaching the commissioner.
